Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join a multi-disciplinary team. The role focuses on designing, building, and optimizing software for analytics, machine learning, and mission-critical decision support within classified programs.

The ideal candidate will lead software and data architecture efforts, ensure modernization aligns to enterprise standards, and work across secure environments with a strong emphasis on cybersecurity and governance.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in modern programming languages (Python, Kotlin, Java, Go, TypeScript, JavaScript).
• Experience with RDBMS and/or NoSQL databases (MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB).
• Experience with a modern front-end framework (Vue, React, Angular).

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement software solutions that integrate data ingestion, transformation, and storage across multiple secure environments.
• Design APIs, microservices, and backend systems.
• Oversee design of data visualization interfaces to help analysts explore their data (front end development).
• Design and deploy solutions consisting of front-end and back-end components.
• Oversee data workflows for performance, reliability, and security in compliance with government standards.
• Ensure adherence to cybersecurity, data governance, and information assurance requirements in all development activities.
• Work with a multi-disciplinary engineering team designing and deploying software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software and data integration issues across distributed systems.
• Work with customer in Agile software development process to understand and develop software and project requirements.
