Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join a highly skilled, multi‑discipline team focused on analytics, ML, and mission‑critical decision support. The role requires deep technical leadership, enterprise architecture, and experience with secure, classified environments in support of federal agencies.

The position emphasizes designing, building, and optimizing software across front‑end and back‑end components while aligning with enterprise standards and roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
• Experience with UI/UX design principles.
• Experience with containerization capabilities such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Experience with DevSecOps pipelines and tools (Gitlab, Harbor, Nexus, Argo CD, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Architect and implement software solutions that integrate data ingestion, transformation, and storage across multiple secure environments.
• Design APIs, microservices, and backend systems.
• Oversee design of data visualization interfaces to help analysts explore their data (front end development).
• Design and deploy solutions consisting of front‑end and back‑end components.
• Oversee data workflows for performance, reliability, and security in compliance with government standards.
• Ensure adherence to cybersecurity, data governance, and information assurance requirements in all development activities.
• Work with a multi-disciplinary engineering team designing and deploying software.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software and data integration issues across distributed systems.
• Work with customer in Agile software development process to understand and develop software and project requirements.
