Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineering Manager to lead a multi‑discipline software team working on analytics, machine learning, and mission‑critical decision support within secure government programs.

The ideal candidate will architect, design, and implement software across front‑end, back‑end, and data pipelines, while ensuring cybersecurity and information assurance requirements are met. Top Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

10 years of experience with modern programming languages (Python, Kotlin, Java, Go, TypeScript, JavaScript).
Experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases (MySQL, Postgres, MongoDB, etc.).
Experience with a modern frontend framework (Vue, React, Angular).

Responsibilities

Architect and implement software solutions that integrate data ingestion, transformation, and storage across multiple secure environments.
Design APIs, microservices, and backend systems.
Oversee design of data visualization interfaces to help analysts explore their data (front end development).
Design and deploy solutions consisting of front‑end and back‑end components.
Oversee data workflows for performance, reliability, and security in compliance with government standards.
Ensure adherence to cybersecurity, data governance, and information assurance requirements in all development activities.
Work with a multi‑disciplinary engineering team designing and deploying software.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex software and data integration issues across distributed systems.
Work with customer in Agile software development process to understand and develop software and project requirements.
