Job summary

Accenture Federal Services is seeking highly skilled Full-Stack Senior Engineers to drive rapid development in an AI-assisted environment. You will leverage AI coding assistants to accelerate delivery while maintaining strict human oversight to ensure secure, enterprise-grade code.

Expect to work with Java/Spring Boot back-end and Angular front-end, write tests, modernize applications, and ensure compliance with AWS and PostgreSQL standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 5+ years experience in Java/Springboot, Angular(version 17 or higher), PostgreSQL, and AWS environments.
• 2+ years demonstrated experience working in AI-assisted development workflows.
• Experience in designing and writing AI models.
• Excellent debugging and architectural design skills to steer AI agents effectively.
• Active Top Secret clearance and willingness to go onsite in Chantilly, VA.

Responsibilities

• Write, review, and refactor Java (Spring Boot) back-end and Angular front-end code.
• Use AI tools to generate boilerplate, write unit tests, and perform modernization tasks.
• Ensure AI-generated outputs adhere to security, AWS, and PostgreSQL standards.
• Manually review, debug, and optimize code to prevent integration issues and low-quality abstractions.
