Qualifications

• 5+ years of production-grade software experience with shipping user-facing features.
• Experience owning projects end-to-end including design, implementation, and delivery.
• Strong backend development experience building APIs and services with Ruby on Rails or comparable frameworks; working knowledge of modern frontend frameworks (React/React Native).

Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end development of complex product features from design to launch.
• Lead multi-engineer efforts, break down problems, define scope, and drive execution.
• Design and build scalable backend services and frontend web/mobile applications.
• Collaborate with product, design, risk, credit, legal, and compliance to deliver features.
• Contribute to technical design decisions balancing performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Mentor engineers to improve velocity and code quality.
• Participate in on-call rotations as needed.
