Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering production-quality full-stack applications.
• Strong Python and TypeScript experience.
• Experience shipping features from conception to launch.
• Healthcare or fintech domain experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and deploy end-to-end features across the stack using Python and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with customers and teammates to understand problems and ship solutions.
• Own full lifecycle of features from requirements to production and iteration.
• Contribute to shipping high-quality code and improving products based on user feedback.
• Develop AI-powered claims review and adjudication capabilities.
• Create financial infrastructure and money movement capabilities inspired by fintech platforms.
• Build self-service admin tools for health plan workflows.
• Improve member-facing experiences to boost engagement and outcomes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to prioritize initiatives and deliver impact.
• Shape architecture and engineering practices as the platform scales.
