Reflex is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to build and evolve a large, complex platform at a fast pace. You will work on a true full-stack generalist role with a focus on UI, design systems, backend services, and scalable infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience building and shipping production software.
• Strong full-stack engineering fundamentals and comfort moving between frontend and backend systems.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend development.
• Experience designing and building backend services, APIs, and data-driven applications.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship across the full stack—front-end experiences, backend services and APIs, infrastructure, and integrations.
• Own product areas end to end, from architecture and implementation through deployment and maintenance.
• Lead our component design and shape the shared UI package and coding standards.
• Design and evolve backend services, APIs, data models, and integrations.
• Maintain fast, reliable platform performance and observability across a system serving millions of requests.
