Lab37 Robotics is seeking a Senior Full‑Stack Software Engineer to own major product areas across frontend, backend, cloud, and robot‑adjacent interfaces. Qualifications

• 3+ years of strong software engineering experience, including ownership of complex systems across multiple components.
• Experience designing and delivering production software.
• Experience in at least one backend language; Go is valuable but not required.
• Strong frontend engineering skills with modern TypeScript frameworks; Vue is helpful but not required.
• Experience designing APIs, services, data models, and asynchronous or event‑driven workflows.
• Strong product judgment and translating operational problems into usable software.
• Experience building reliable, maintainable software systems.
• Clear written and verbal communication across cross‑functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver complex full‑stack initiatives spanning user interfaces, backend services, cloud infrastructure, and external integrations.
• Design and implement scalable solutions for new product capabilities.
• Partner with product, culinary, and operations teams to understand workflows and define pragmatic solutions.
• Build software for configuring, observing, and managing kitchen operations, including orders, menus, recipes, tasks, and alerts.
• Integrate with delivery and commerce platforms to receive orders and synchronize menus.
• Create operator‑facing and robot‑adjacent interfaces for production environments.
• Collaborate with firmware and robotics engineers for cohesive system functionality.
• Own projects through rollout and production support including testing, observability, and incident response.
• Participate in design and code reviews to improve software quality.
• Share knowledge and contribute to engineering best practices.
