Affim is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to own and deliver quarterly goals, guide engineers through ambiguity, and collaborate across product, design and analytics. Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience building and architecting mobile apps using declarative UI.
• Experience shipping web apps with React or Vue.
• Backend design and development with Python or Kotlin.
• Ability to define a technical plan for major features with a simple, extensible design.
• Writes clean, maintainable code.
• Experience making large codebase changes safely and with tooling.
• Strong ownership mindset and proactive feedback seeking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for a global team.

Responsibilities

• Own quarterly goals for your team and guide engineers through ambiguity.
• Collaborate with product, design & analytics in lifecycle and risk-aware decision making.
• Identify and drive solutions to project, process, technology or business issues.
• Monitor metrics and keep team artifacts up-and-running, including on-call duties.
• Set and promote code review and design standards across teams.
