Job summary

Constructor is seeking a frontend/backend engineer to build customer dashboards using TypeScript and React, while collaborating with Python-based services. The role emphasizes feature development, cross-functional collaboration, and practical impact on Offsite Discovery.

The ideal candidate brings strong TS/React experience, Python+FastAPI know-how, and a solid grasp of APIs, databases, and cloud platforms. This remote role requires EU-friendly hours to align with WET time zones.

Qualifications

• Strong client-side JavaScript foundation with CS background.
• Proficiency in TypeScript and React.
• Experience building, maintaining, and debugging full-stack web applications.
• Experience with Python and FastAPI, Flask or Django, or willingness to learn this stack.
• Good understanding of API design principles.
• Familiarity with Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
• Experience with relational databases (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Analytical SQL skills for dashboards (ClickHouse, Athena).
• Experience with any major cloud providers: AWS, Azure, GCP.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Must be located within or near the WET timezone and available to work 9:00–18:00 WET.

Responsibilities

• Implement new features in customer dashboards using TypeScript and React interacting with backend services built with Python and FastAPI.
• Innovate and strategize to develop new features and tools for Offsite Discovery.
• Collaborate with technical and non-technical partners to develop and update application functionalities.
• Communicate progress and developments with stakeholders inside and outside the team.
