About the opportunity

At Jerry, we’ve redefined car ownership with innovative digital solutions. Now, with Propelix, our new SaaS platform, we enable businesses to build and test advanced chatbots and voice bots easily.

We seek a purpose-driven Senior Engineer for our Chatbot Team at Propelix, to develop a platform that helps create, deploy, and optimize AI-powered conversational solutions without extensive technical skills.

This role involves participation in all product development phases—from user communication and requirements gathering to development and deployment. You will also contribute as a product designer and planner, embracing our vibrant geek culture.

Our ideal candidate loves solving complex problems with elegant, scalable solutions, and has a strong understanding of modern development ecosystems and Large Language Models (LLMs).

How you will make an impact

• Develop features for our chatbot/voicebot SaaS platform following high-quality standards
• Create tools that simplify chatbot creation, testing, and optimization
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to improve user experience for non-technical users
• Use your knowledge of LLMs to optimize conversation flows and responses
• Help shape Propelix as a leading conversational AI SaaS solution
• Support junior engineers and promote continuous learning

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-time software development experience with a bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science
• Strong fundamentals in software development principles and algorithms
• Knowledge of multiple programming languages (we mainly use JavaScript, React, Node.js, but not required)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud)
• Proficiency in JavaScript and clean coding practices
• Deep understanding of code performance, scalability, and troubleshooting
• Experience with distributed systems or large-scale web applications
• Startup experience at a high-growth company is a plus

Bonus points for LLM experience, CI/CD knowledge, React skills, and open-source contributions!
