Senior Full Stack Engineer (Remote) - LLM Product

Join us as a Senior Full Stack Engineer (Remote) - LLM Product at Jerry.

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Senior Engineer to join our Chatbot Team at Propelix, a subsidiary of Jerry, to develop a SaaS platform for building and testing advanced chatbots and voice bots. This role involves participating in all product development phases, from requirements gathering to deployment, and contributing as a product designer and planner.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop new features for our chatbot/voicebot SaaS platform with high-quality standards
• Create tools to simplify chatbot creation, testing, and optimization
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to improve user experience for non-technical users
• Apply understanding of LLMs to optimize conversation flows and responses
• Support junior engineers and promote continuous learning

Minimum Requirements

• 6+ years of full-time software development experience, with a bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science
• Strong foundation in software principles and algorithms
• Knowledge of multiple programming languages (experience with JavaScript, React, Node.js is a plus but not required)
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud)
• Proficiency in JavaScript and clean coding practices
• Deep understanding of code performance, scalability, and troubleshooting
• Experience with distributed systems or large-scale web applications

Bonus points for LLM experience, CI/CD knowledge, React Native skills, and open-source contributions.
