Senior Full Stack Engineer (Remote) - LLM Product

About the Role

At Jerry, we are expanding our innovative SaaS platform Propelix, focused on creating and testing advanced chatbots and voice bots. We seek a purpose-driven Senior Engineer to develop features, build tools, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to shaping our conversational AI solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain features for our SaaS chatbot/voicebot platform
• Create tools for chatbot creation, testing, and optimization
• Work with product managers and designers to improve user experience, especially for non-technical users
• Apply knowledge of LLMs to optimize conversation flows and responses
• Support junior engineers and foster a culture of learning

Minimum Requirements

• 6+ years of full-time software development experience, with a degree in Computer Science or related field
• Strong understanding of software principles, algorithms, and scalable systems
• Proficiency in JavaScript, React, Node.js (knowledge preferred but not required)
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, Alibaba Cloud)
• Experience with distributed systems or large-scale web applications

Preferred Skills

• Experience with LLMs, CI/CD, React Native, open-source contributions
