Job summary

TechTree is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to join its core product team. You will lead end-to-end feature development in a fully remote, cross-functional environment that values speed and quality.

In this high-ownership role, you will drive architecture decisions, mentor engineers, implement automated testing, and contribute to roadmap planning while maintaining healthcare data security.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a senior engineering role.
• Extensive Symfony experience including Doctrine ORM and key components (Security, Event Dispatchers).
• Advanced understanding of Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
• Proficient in writing and maintaining unit and integration tests.
• Strong React.js proficiency for frontend improvements.
• Solid MySQL design, optimisation, and management.
• Experience with Docker for development environments.
• Familiar with GitLab CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test and deployment.
• Security awareness for handling sensitive healthcare data.

Responsibilities

• Lead full stack feature development from concept to deployment, focusing on security and scalability.
• Drive architecture and design decisions to meet healthcare industry standards.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.
