Alpaca is seeking a Senior Engineer to design, implement, and maintain the systems underpinning a scalable brokerage platform used by millions of users. You will lead regional recruitment efforts, mentor engineers, and serve as the operational reliability lead and incident commander during regional hours.

You will build and enhance middle- and back-office services, including gRPC microservices and a React-based UI, while collaborating with global teams to enable multi-currency, multi-market
