Job summary

Urrly is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to own features end-to-end, shaping the technical roadmap for a health‑tech platform used by operations teams, clinicians, and partners.

You will work across Ruby on Rails, Python, Node.js, and SQL in a lean team, with direct access to leadership. This remote, flexible role offers equity and impact as the company scales and analytics drive decision making.

Qualifications

• 7+ years building and operating production software
• Strong hands-on experience in Ruby on Rails or Python and cross-language proficiency
• Strong SQL and data-modeling skills, PostgreSQL or similar databases
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web app development
• Strong fundamentals: data structures, concurrency, API design, testing
• Experience building integrations, data pipelines, or high-volume systems
• Working knowledge of DevOps: CI/CD, Docker, cloud infra, monitoring, incident response
• Ability to validate AI coding agent outputs responsibly
• Computer science degree or equivalent foundation in software engineering

Responsibilities

• Build and operate production applications, APIs, integrations, data workflows, and internal UIs
• Work across a polyglot stack including Ruby on Rails, Python, Node.js, SQL
• Design reliable systems for sensitive healthcare data with focus on quality and performance
• Own features end-to-end from problem definition through launch and support
• Collaborate with product and leadership to define milestones and improve standards
• Improve delivery, observability, and operational reliability alongside development
• Leverage AI coding tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining testing rigor
