Job summary

Urrly in HealthTech is hiring a Senior Full Stack Engineer to build the core platform behind healthcare operations affecting hundreds of thousands of patient visits each year. Location: US remote; compensation: $190K-$200K base plus bonus and equity.

You'll join a lean, senior team with broad ownership, own features end-to-end, and influence architecture. The stack includes Ruby on Rails, Python, Node.js, and SQL; you’ll design reliable systems for sensitive data and work closely with product

Qualifications

• 7+ years building and operating production software or senior-level scope.
• Strong hands-on experience in Ruby on Rails or Python and multi-language stacks.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills, including PostgreSQL or similar DBs.
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and modern web app development.
• DevOps practices: CI/CD, Docker, cloud infrastructure, monitoring, incident response.
• US work authorisation without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate production applications, APIs, integrations, data workflows, and internal UIs.
• Work across a polyglot stack including Ruby on Rails, Python, Node.js, SQL, and adjacent services.
• Design reliable systems for sensitive healthcare data with attention to data quality and performance.
• Own features from problem definition through launch, production support, and iteration.
• Collaborate with product and leadership to define milestones and improve engineering standards.
• Improve delivery, CI/CD, observability, and operational reliability alongside development.
• Utilise AI coding tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining strong testing and reviews.
