The role is hands-on on a New York City-based technology team, collaborating with leadership and operators to ship features that support builders, capital partners, and internal users.

Qualifications

• Delivered production software across both frontend and backend services.
• Strong experience with relational databases and data modeling.
• Experience shipping end-to-end features in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Build and ship complete product and platform capabilities across React, TypeScript/Node.js, Express, MySQL, Docker, and AWS.
• Translate loosely defined business problems into clear technical plans and reliable production software.
• Own application-facing data decisions, including SQL schemas, migrations, and data-model tradeoffs.
• Strengthen production quality through testing, observability, deployment discipline, and performance improvements.
