Job summary

LaunchDarkly is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer for the AgentControl team. You will build scalable backend services and distributed systems, primarily using Go, Python, and TypeScript, across AWS and other tools.

You’ll collaborate with product and design to improve GenAI workflows, while driving reliability and performance in production. This is a remote role for the US, with pay bands based on geographic zones.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience shipping production-ready features.
• Experience designing, implementing and maintaining RESTful APIs.
• Experience with distributed systems or data ingestion.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain scalable backend services, distributed systems, and APIs for AgentControl.
• Work primarily with Go, Python, and TypeScript; collaborate with AWS, CockroachDB and other tools.
• Collaborate with product, design, and other teams to improve GenAI workflows.
• Stay up to date with AI and software development best practices; drive reliability and performance.
• Take ownership of production code, participate in on-call rotations, mentor teammates.
