Job summary

LaunchDarkly is seeking a senior software engineer to join the AgentControl team, building customer-facing web applications and distributed systems powering AI evaluations at scale.

You will develop scalable backend services using Go, Python, and TypeScript, collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance GenAI workflows, and mentor teammates through design reviews and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional software engineering experience on production-quality full-stack features.
• Experience with prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, or deploying AI services in production.
• Strong CS fundamentals and a collaborative mindset.
