Job summary

Empowerly is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to help shape the next generation of our platform. This fully remote US role operates on a small, global team with core collaboration hours in Pacific Time.

You’ll own features end-to-end, build React front-end and backend services, and integrate AI models into product experiences while collaborating with Product and Design. The role requires 4–6+ years of experience and strong cloud/CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• 4–6+ years of full-stack development with ownership.
• Deep ReactJS + HTML/CSS/JS/TS in production.
• Experience owning services, APIs, and AI integrations.

Responsibilities

• Own features from idea to deployment and post-launch.
• Build React front-end and backend services end to end.
• Integrate AI models and ML features into product experiences.
• Collaborate with Product and Design on scoping.
• Review code and mentor junior engineers.
• Set technical direction and architecture decisions.
• Monitor production performance and scalability.
