Job summary
CharterUP is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack, to architect and own customer-facing and back-office systems for a two-sided marketplace. You will lead diverse tech initiatives across REST APIs, web/mobile apps, data, and DevOps, reporting to Engineering Manager.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
- Frontend skills with Vue, React, or Angular.
- Backend in JVM-based environments (Java/Kotlin/C#).
- Cloud infrastructure expertise, AWS preferred.
- Collaborative, cross-functional, AI-aware.
Responsibilities
- Build frontend in Vue/React and backend in Java with AI-assisted tools.
- Deploy scalable AWS-based applications with monitoring.
- Define engineering best practices and processes.
- Mentor junior engineers and promote AI-driven development.
