Savas Labs is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead end-to-end development for client engagements, partnering with designers, strategists, and project managers to architect, build, deploy, and maintain high-quality digital products. Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of development experience in an agency or consultancy environment.
• Ability to lead technical discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience using AI development tools to accelerate delivery.
• Experience with PHP CMS and JS stacks (Drupal/WordPress/Symfony/React/NextJS).

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements from discovery through launch and maintenance.
• Architect scalable, maintainable, and secure solutions aligned with client goals.
• Mentor engineers and review code to improve quality.
• Drive AI-enabled development practices across projects.
