Savas Labs is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to lead end-to-end development across client engagements, partnering with designers, strategists, and PMs to architect, build, deploy, and maintain digital products. Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of development experience in an agency or consultancy environment.
• Ability to lead technical discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience using AI development tools to accelerate production-ready software.
• Experience collaborating with designers using Figma or similar design tools.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-project setting with shifting priorities.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering across multiple client engagements from discovery to launch and maintenance.
• Architect scalable, secure technical solutions aligned with client goals.
• Build web applications, websites, APIs, and CMS implementations.
• Collaborate with designers, strategists, PMs, and QA throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop, debug, optimize, and extend applications and user interfaces.
• Establish local development environments and modern tooling.
• Configure deployment workflows across dev, staging, and production.
• Ensure accessibility, performance, security, and maintainability standards.
• Identify risks and communicate tradeoffs and recommendations.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for launched projects.
