Jobgether is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer (Full Stack) in the United States to build scalable, real-time communication platforms. You will own frontend and backend components, influence architecture, and drive high-quality software delivery in a remote-friendly environment.

You will mentor engineers, contribute to platform reliability, and work with AI-assisted tools while maintaining robust SDLC practices.

Qualifications

• . 5+ years of professional software development experience, including ownership of production systems.
• .. Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with React and Angular.
• .. Deep experience in Java for server-side applications.
• .. Experience with AI coding assistants and validating outputs.
• .. Familiarity with Docker, REST APIs, and microservice architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and continuous improvement of full-stack platform capabilities from design through production.
• Design, build, and maintain full-stack functionality across frontend and backend services.
• Own features and systems through lifecycle including design, release, and incident response.
• Lead architecture discussions and make pragmatic technical decisions balancing speed and reliability.
• Integrate AI-assisted development tools into daily workflows.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews and design feedback.
• Collaborate with product owners and QA to scope and deliver performant software.
• Improve deployment pipelines, tooling, and monitoring.
• Promote strong testing practices including unit and integration tests.
• Participate in on-call rotations and drive postmortem actions.
