BIP Capital is seeking a Senior Fullstack Engineer to own the design, development, and delivery of internal platforms powering investment and operations teams. You will build across the stack from React frontends to Node services on AWS, shaping architecture and AI-driven development practices for a compact, high‑leverage team.

The role emphasizes mentoring, clean architecture, and efficient collaboration with stakeholders, offering a hybrid work setup at the Buckhead/Atlanta office.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional full‑stack development experience
• Deep proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node/Express in production
• Strong experience with AWS and cloud-native architectures
• Relational database skills with MySQL at production scale
• Fluency with AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex)
• Track record mentoring engineers and leading code reviews
• Excellent communication with non‑technical stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Own full‑stack feature delivery across React frontends and Node/Express backend services
• Design simple, scalable architecture on AWS‑native stack
• Champion AI‑assisted development and integrate AI tooling into workflows
• Lead code reviews and establish testing, observability, and CI/CD standards
• Mentor engineers and promote growth in technical judgment and AI tooling usage
• Collaborate with investment and operations stakeholders to translate business needs into technical work
