Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented Senior UI Developer with 5+ years of experience to build modern, scalable, and accessible web applications supporting advanced AI-driven platforms. This role will focus on developing high-quality user interfaces using React and TypeScript, while integrating with backend APIs and AI-powered services.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in frontend engineering, component-based architecture, and modern web development practices, with the ability to collaborate closely with product, design, and backend teams to deliver enterprise-grade applications with exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Frontend Development & UI Engineering

• Design, develop, and maintain reusable UI components using React and TypeScript.
• Build responsive, accessible, and high-performance web applications aligned with modern frontend standards.
• Ensure consistency in UI patterns, design systems, and component architecture.

API Integration & State Management

• Integrate frontend applications with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Implement and manage application state using modern state management tools (e.g., Redux Toolkit or similar).

AI-Driven UI Experiences

• Develop interactive UI features that support AI-powered workflows, including conversational or chatbot-style interfaces.
• Collaborate with backend and AI teams to integrate intelligent features into the user experience.

Testing & Code Quality

• Ensure high code quality through unit and integration testing using modern testing frameworks.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving engineering standards and best practices.

Performance Optimization

• Troubleshoot UI issues and ensure smooth performance across devices and environments.

Software Development Lifecycle

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and help automate build, test, and release processes.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality features.
• Communicate progress, challenges, and solutions effectively across teams.

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience developing modern web applications using React and TypeScript.
• Experience building responsive and accessible web applications (e.g., WCAG standards).
• Experience integrating with RESTful APIs and backend services.
• Familiarity with state management solutions such as Redux or similar.
• Experience with frontend testing frameworks (e.g., unit and integration testing).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and modern build tools.
• Experience working in collaborative, multi-team development environments using Git-based workflows.Strong understanding of software architecture principles and frontend design patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with Python-based backend services or APIs.
• Familiarity with AI/ML or Generative AI-driven applications, particularly UI for conversational interfaces.
• Experience with component documentation tools and design systems.
• Familiarity with schema validation libraries or similar tools.
• Experience optimizing performance in large-scale web applications.
• Exposure to cloud-based development environments.

The base salary range for this role is $140,000 - $175,000, with flexibility for exceptional candidates
