Job summary

theBlondHR is hiring to own features end to end on a venture-backed SaaS platform. You’ll work with customers, designers, and product managers to understand behavior, while partnering with ML engineers to surface insights for marketers.

A typical day includes architecting new marketing features, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering intuitive interfaces. Strong SaaS experience and a growth mindset are essential.

Qualifications

• 5 to 12 years in software engineering, senior level or above
• Experience building SaaS products at startups (Series A to D)
• Experience with customer-facing products and fast feedback loops
• Strong frontend and backend architecture understanding

Responsibilities

• Architect features end to end for marketing and growth products
• Collaborate with customers and cross-functional teams to shape what gets built
• Work with ML engineers to surface insights for the product
• Integrate ML models into interactive UI and analytics
• Create intuitive UIs that allow complex experiments and analyses
