Job summary

Northbeam is seeking a Senior Product Engineer to design, develop, and deliver high-quality full-stack web solutions. You will own major features from design to launch, collaborating with product managers and the customer success team to create scalable, robust components and fast, reliable performance.

You will work with a cross-functional team to surface core marketing analytics, mentor others, and drive maintainable, rapid development aligned with company goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building frontend and backend systems with TypeScript.
• 3+ years with modern component-based libraries like React.
• Experience creating API services using REST and GraphQL.
• Proficiency in SQL and BigQuery.
• Independent, capable of delivering production-ready code with minimal guidance.
• Ability to drive rapid development while maintaining long-term design.

Responsibilities

• Identify and solve complex, high-impact problems with multiple stakeholders.
• Help set technical direction for the engineering team.
• Collaborate with product managers, customer success, and customers to scope projects.
• Build the Northbeam dashboard surfacing core marketing analytics.
• Own features end-to-end from idea to production-ready solution with others.
• Optimize the web app for speed of development and render time.
• Contribute to standardized technical documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
