Job summary

BairesDev, a leader in technology projects for over 15 years, seeks a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to design and develop highly scalable web applications, uniting robust server-side logic with dynamic frontend experiences.

You will ensure seamless data flow, application security, and performance across a modern stack while collaborating with cross-functional teams, mentoring juniors, and driving architectural standards in a 100% remote, globally distributed environment.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in Full-Stack Software Engineering or a related field.
Proven expertise in building web applications using Node.js, React, and TypeScript.
Strong hands-on experience with AWS cloud services (EC2, S3, Kinesis).
Solid understanding of microservices architecture, Docker, and SQL/NoSQL databases.
Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

Architect and maintain robust backend APIs and services using modern server-side technologies.
Build clean, interactive, and responsive user interfaces that deliver exceptional user experiences.
Design, deploy, and manage cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and application resilience.
Drive the adoption of scalable database solutions, optimizing queries and schemas for maximum efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architectural standards and mentor junior developers.
