BairesDev is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to design and implement robust web applications with a focus on performance and scalability. You will own both front-end and back-end development, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality code.

The role requires 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, strong Ruby on Rails and React skills, and proficiency with RESTful APIs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-stack development experience.
• Proficient in Ruby on Rails and React with TypeScript.
• Experience building RESTful APIs and asynchronous tasks.
• Strong unit testing and CI/CD experience with Jenkins.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications, ensuring high responsiveness and elegant user interfaces.
• Develop, optimize, and document secure RESTful APIs to facilitate seamless data communication between backend and frontend systems.
• Manage asynchronous processes and background tasks to ensure efficient application performance and smooth user workflows.
• Write clean, comprehensive unit tests for both client-side and server-side code to ensure long-term stability and reliability.
• Support and refine automated CI/CD pipelines to streamline code deployment and improve development lifecycle efficiency.
