Job summary

Brillio is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to design, build, and scale customer-facing platforms. You will work across frontend and backend, delivering end-to-end solutions with modern web technologies, cloud services, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems.

The role requires strong fundamentals, a product mindset, and the ability to independently solve complex problems in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Hybrid work arrangement with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on, production-grade full-stack experience.
• Strong frontend (ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript) and backend (Go, Java, Python, Node.js) skills.
• Understanding of distributed systems, scalability, and performance.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases; AWS services; Docker; CI/CD.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack applications end to end.
• Develop REST/gRPC APIs and microservices; integrate with databases and services.
• Contribute to architecture reviews, design discussions, and coding standards.
• Improve reliability, performance, and user experience across platforms.
• Contribute to cloud infra and deployment automation on AWS.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with product teams.
• Communicate decisions, risks, and trade-offs to stakeholders.
