Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Software Engineer (Python/React) to develop high-performance full-stack applications. You will orchestrate backend services with dynamic frontend interfaces, ensuring a seamless user experience across our digital platforms.

You will design backend using Django, FastAPI, or Flask; build UI with React/TypeScript; work with PostgreSQL and REST APIs; deploy on AWS or GCP; communicate across global teams; and grow with our remote-first, USD-compensated team.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, full-stack focus.
• Backend services with Python frameworks (Django, FastAPI, Flask).
• Frontend interfaces with React and TypeScript.
• Relational databases (PostgreSQL) and REST API design.
• Cloud deployment on AWS or GCP.
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable backend services using Python frameworks.
• Build responsive UI with React and Next.js or similar, often with TypeScript.
• Architect and optimize PostgreSQL schemas and queries.
• Create and integrate secure REST APIs to connect frontend and backend.
• Deploy and manage applications in cloud environments (AWS/GCP).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into software solutions.
