Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering concepts with 3+ years of applied experience.
• Hands-on experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Experience coding in Python and React.JS in a large corporate environment; strong SQL/DB querying skills.
• Experience with testing frameworks including Playwright/Pytest.
• Experience using enterprise AI-assisted development tools (GitHub, Copilot, Claude Code) with rigorous validation for correctness, performance, and security.
• Understanding of responsible AI use, data sensitivity, and secure handling within engineering workflows.
• Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle and agile practices (CI/CD, resiliency, security).
• Familiarity with payment processing domain and modern front-end technologies.

• Executes software solutions with design, development, and troubleshooting beyond routine approaches.
• Creates secure, high-quality production code and maintains algorithms that run with supported systems.
• Leverages AI coding assist tools to improve code quality, speed, and productivity with peer review and testing validation.
• Applies SDLC toolchain knowledge to improve automation and value realization.
• Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and ensures design constraints are met.
• Gathers, analyzes, synthesizes, and visualizes data from large datasets to improve software applications and systems.
• Proactively identifies hidden data patterns to drive improvements in coding hygiene and system architecture.
