Qualifications

• Proficient in Java or Python with hands-on software engineering experience.
• Experience in developing, debugging, and maintaining production code in a large corporate environment.
• Familiarity with enterprise AI-assisted development tools and secure coding practices.

Responsibilities

• Participates in design and development of scalable and resilient systems using Java or Python.
• Executes software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting activities.
• Leverages AI-assisted development tools to improve code quality and delivery speed, with peer review and automated testing.
• Improves automation and SDLC tooling to enhance team productivity.
• Produces secure production code and maintains production-ready algorithms.
