Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer III in Jersey City, NJ to join the Commercial and Investment Bank - Payments Technology team. You will deliver secure, scalable software in an agile environment, using Python, React, and Playwright to build trusted market-leading products.

You will contribute to design, development, and testing, while embracing enterprise AI tooling to enhance coding quality and speed across complex deliverables, with a focus on security and resilience.

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification in software engineering plus 3+ years of applied experience.
• Experience in system design, application development, testing, and operational stability.
• Experience coding in Python and React.js within a large corporate environment; strong database querying skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute software solutions, design and implement production-ready code.
• Create secure, high-quality production code and maintain algorithms.
• Leverage AI coding tools to improve quality, speed, and productivity with peer review and testing.
• Produce architecture and design artifacts for complex applications while ensuring constraints are met.
• Develop visualizations and reports from large data sets to improve software.
