Qualifications

• 12+ years of professional software engineering experience building enterprise-grade applications.
• 12+ years of hands-on Python development in backend services and data-driven apps (FastAPI/Flask/Django).
• 5+ years of hands-on React experience in production environments.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Strong object-oriented design, data structures, and scalable architecture knowledge.
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
• Familiarity with Agile software delivery and AI integration (LLMs).
• Bachelor's degree in CS, Software Eng, or related field, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using Python and React.
• Build scalable backend services and APIs to support workflows and data-driven apps.
• Develop frontend experiences with React/TypeScript and modern web tech.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions.
• Contribute to architecture, design decisions, and scalability, security, and performance.
