Job summary

Fitch Group is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack for our Chicago office. You will design and implement enterprise-grade web apps, focusing on React-based front-ends, micro-frontend architecture, and interconnected micro-services within an agile team.

Responsibilities include CI/CD collaboration, production support, and mentoring others on React/micro-frontend development. A Bachelor’s in CS/SE and 5+ years of experience are required.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of an agile team in design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale web applications.
• Build an internal portal application using React, micro-frontend, micro-services, and event-driven architecture.
• Collaborate with DevOps and other squads on the CI/CD pipeline.
• Provide support on production issues and mentor the team on React and micro-frontend developments.
