Job summary

TCG is a B Corp government contractor hiring a Senior Full Stack Developer in Washington, DC. The role is hybrid (onsite 2-3x/week) and requires US citizenship and the ability to obtain a Federal clearance.

You will build and maintain data platform applications using Python, Postgres, and Angular, and contribute to secure, scalable software delivery. Responsibilities include full-stack development, Agile Scrum participation, and cross-training in ETL, DevSecOps, and cloud tooling.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in software development
• 4+ years Python
• 3+ years JavaScript/TypeScript with Angular
• 3+ years full stack development
• Experience with DevSecOps tools (Azure DevOps, SonarQube)
• SQL for Postgres or similar RDBMS
• Security-focused coding practices and OWASP awareness
• Strong communication with Product Owner and federal staff

Responsibilities

• Support full stack development for a data platform using Python and Postgres
• Develop front end with Angular for internal web app
• Cross-train in ETL, data engineering, and DevSecOps CI/CD
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and PI planning
• Collaborate with Product Owner and team to understand user needs
• Contribute to secure, reliable product engineering and code reviews
• Provide production support and address performance bottlenecks
• Work with project leadership to improve delivery and technical implementations
