Job summary

TCG, a government contractor and B Corp, seeks a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our IT solutions team in Washington, DC. This hybrid role requires US citizenship and the ability to pass a federal clearance.

You will build Python back-ends and Angular front-ends for a data platform, engage in Agile ceremonies, and contribute to security, ETL, and DevSecOps efforts while collaborating with federal staff and the Product Owner to deliver secure software.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years of progressively responsible software development experience.
• 4+ years of Python development experience.
• 3+ years in JavaScript/TypeScript with Angular.
• 3+ years as a full stack developer.
• Experience with DevSecOps tools such as Azure DevOps or SonarQube.
• SQL for Postgres or similar RDBMS.
• Strong problem solving and security awareness (OWASP).

Responsibilities

• Develop Python applications and data platform components.
• Front-end development using Angular for internal web applications.
• Cross-train across development activities including ETL and DevSecOps CI/CD.
• Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and PI planning.
• Collaborate with Product Owner and team to deliver user-centric features.
• Identify performance bottlenecks and perform production support as needed.
• Ensure security engineering is integrated into development planning.
