Qualifikationen

- 5+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, SRE, or enterprise app support.
- Experience with Kubernetes, APIs, integrations, and cloud/SaaS platforms.
Aufgaben
- Provide operational support and administration for the Skan.AI platform, including incident resolution and upgrades.
- Build, maintain, and support integrations between Skan.AI and enterprise systems.
- Coordinate with vendors, infrastructure, security, and application teams to resolve issues and drive enhancements.
- Support onboarding and enablement for new business areas adopting Skan.AI capabilities.
- Serve as the technical coordinator for the Process Simplification CoE and align with governance processes.
- Document designs, procedures, integration patterns, and operational standards.
