Humana seeks a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer to provide primary operational support, technical coordination, and platform enablement for the Skan.AI Process Intelligence ecosystem. You will oversee platform reliability, integrations, and onboarding across enterprise teams.

The role requires hands-on full-stack development, cloud experience, Kubernetes, and CI/CD practices, with responsibilities spanning architecture alignment and governance across multiple IT functions.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, platform engineering, DevOps, SRE, or enterprise application support.
• Experience designing and developing or supporting full-stack applications, integrations, and platform services.
• Experience supporting operationally critical enterprise platforms and driving technical issues through resolution.
• Experience supporting cloud-hosted or SaaS enterprise platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes administration and containerized applications.
• Experience building and maintaining APIs, integrations, and data pipelines.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices.
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals, infrastructure troubleshooting, and enterprise system integrations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide operational support and administration for the Skan.AI platform, including incident resolution, troubleshooting, monitoring, upgrades, and platform administration.
• Build, maintain, and support integrations between Skan.AI and enterprise systems.
• Coordinate with vendors, infrastructure teams, security teams, and application teams to resolve issues and implement enhancements and drive activities through completion.
• Support onboarding and enablement activities for new business areas adopting Skan.AI capabilities.
• Serve as the technical coordinator for the Process Simplification CoE, helping teams navigate enterprise architecture, security, infrastructure, data, and governance processes.
• Facilitate technical reviews, intake activities, and cross-functional collaboration needed to deliver simplification initiatives.
