HolaVida Health is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to own features end-to-end across patient and clinical products, delivering reliable, accessible experiences in multiple languages.

You will design, build, and ship full-stack features across web and API layers, collaborating with clinical and design teams to translate care workflows into product, while improving reliability, performance, and observability. Mentoring engineers will be part of this role.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building production web applications (React + modern backend).
• Strong fundamentals in APIs, data modeling, and cloud infrastructure.
• Experience shipping in a fast-moving, product-focused environment.
• Bonus: healthcare, telehealth, or regulated-industry experience.

Responsibilities
