Jobtailor in San Diego is seeking a senior full-stack engineer to build and scale features across the platform, from a browser extension UI to cloud-native services. You will design fast, secure systems and collaborate with product and clinical teams to turn pain points into AI-driven solutions.

You will mentor engineers, own features end-to-end, and help shape our engineering culture. The role emphasizes velocity, compliant documentation practices, and delivering impactful patient-care

Qualifications

6+ years of full-stack development experience.
Proven track record leading projects from conception to deployment.
Deep proficiency in TypeScript, React, Node.js, and MongoDB.
Strong front-end fundamentals including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience developing and maintaining browser extensions.
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, GitHub, and GitHub Actions.
Strong background building enterprise-grade RESTful APIs.
Experience with NoSQL databases.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience with agile methodologies in fast-paced startup environments.
Legally authorized to work in the United States; willing to undergo background checks.

Requirements

6+ years of full-stack development experience
