Job summary

NVIDIA Corporation is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and operate backend platforms powering NVIDIA Marketing. You will own scalable services, distributed systems, data integrations, and AI-enabled features across campaigns and personalization.

You will lead architecture decisions, partner with product and design teams, and ensure production readiness with automated testing, deployments, and observability. A strong background in Java/Spring and cloud Ops is expected.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with ownership of production backend services.
• Deep knowledge of distributed systems, concurrency, consistency, and fault tolerance.
• Hands-on backend development in Java with Spring Boot and API integration.
• Experience operating production services on cloud infrastructure; containers and CI/CD.
• Frontend skills in JavaScript/TypeScript and React or Angular are a plus.
• Strong leadership, ownership, and ability to mentor engineers on teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and operate scalable backend services and distributed systems for profiles, consent, personalization, and campaigns.
• Build APIs, data models, and event-driven workflows with clear tradeoffs on latency and reliability.
• Develop data integrations using relational and NoSQL databases, messaging, caching, and search.
• Create frontend interfaces integrated with platform APIs for data exploration and workflows.
• Lead architecture decisions, align teams, and mentor engineers across projects.
• Own production readiness, testing, CI/CD, deployments, observability, and incident response.
• Gain knowledge in applied AI and support AI-enabled features and agents as needs grow.
