Qualifications

• 5+ years building and scaling web-based SaaS applications.
• Experience across the full development stack with end-to-end ownership.
• Background leading technical projects, coordinating with stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of Agile development practices (Scrum/Kanban/CI/CD).
• Proficient in Ruby, Java, or Python with modern frontend tech.

Responsibilities

• Develop scalable, resilient, web-based solutions at scale.
• Mentor engineers to raise the technical bar across the team.
• Design and optimize algorithms and queries for SaaS performance.
• Deliver new features with robustness and maintainability.
• Promote TDD, code reviews, and CI practices.
• Collaborate with QA, product, design, and researchers end-to-end.
• Drive agile practices to deliver at a rapid pace.
