United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an experienced Software Development Engineer to join the Dara product team. Dara is a cloud-native mortgage servicing platform on Azure and Google Cloud, built for lenders and servicers in the United States.

You will collaborate with a global team, using modern tools to deliver enterprise components running on Azure and Google Cloud. The role emphasizes agility, API-first design, and scalable, secure solutions in a remote-friendly setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience building cloud-native SaaS platforms and enterprise systems.
• Proven ability to design RESTful and streaming APIs and event-driven architectures.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all aspects of agile software development from design to deployment.
• Develop API-first systems and collaborate with SMEs, frontend, and business teams.
• Work with server-side technologies (Java, React, Node.js) and Kafka messaging.
• Ensure performance, uptime and scalable design with strong code quality.
• Setup observability and logging; follow API standards and tests.
