Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer for Internal Tools in the United States. The role blends hands-on development with technical leadership, shaping architecture and engineering standards across the internal tools ecosystem.

You will own end-to-end solutions, drive data-driven experiences with recommendations, ranking, and search, and mentor engineers while maintaining high quality and scalability across platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong system design and architecture capabilities.
• Experience with JavaScript/TypeScript in Node.js environments.
• Advanced, production-grade experience with React/Next.js.
• Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch or similar data technologies.
• Mentoring engineers and fostering engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction and architecture for internal tools, including front-end architecture and reusable components.
• Translate product requirements into clear designs, specifications, and implementation plans.
• Design and build new internal tools and admin features end-to-end across front-end and back-end.
• Identify opportunities to apply data-driven techniques to improve workflows and user experiences.
• Drive down technical debt through refactoring and engineering standards.
• Conduct design reviews and improve development practices for reliability and scalability.
• Build reusable components and tooling that create value across multiple projects.
• Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues and deep debugging.
