This onsite role leads the core development and modernization of Brady's premier software suite, spanning high-performance GUIs, native engines, and hardware control layers.

• Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code across the entire software stack.
• Design configurations and communication interfaces to drive industrial multi-axis motion hardware.
• Build, consume, and support message-based networking APIs and client libraries to enable remote programmatic system control.
• Advance the user experience by enhancing desktop user interfaces using modern presentation frameworks.
• Analyze monitoring and system performance data to provide optimization recommendations to system and product owners.
• Work closely with product managers, designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, highly responsive features.
