Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional full stack software development.
• Experience using AI code generation tools such as GitHub Copilot, Anthropic Claude Code, Cursor, or similar.
• Proven track record of designing, building, and maintaining scalable, high-performance web applications.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and with customers.

Responsibilities

• Document, architect, and create code using AI code generation tools.
• Stay up to date with the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem and evaluate new tools, models, and frameworks.
• Develop responsive, resilient, scalable, and high-quality software using React, Java, AWS.
• Balance trade-offs between complex infrastructure investments and pragmatic solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering and product stakeholders to lead projects from start to finish.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers.
